3mm 1.75mm POM/PC/PVA /PETG /PA(Nylon)3D Printer Filament

1.All of our materials are 100% new and certified by latest REACH..

2. Before the filaments producing, we will dry the material for 4-8 hours to make sure them in a very good condition.

3. The Laser diameter runs automatically to control the diameter of the filaments and keeps it in a right range of 1.75/3.0mm, and our engineer will adjust it immediately when alarms to indicate of wrong size, and this unqualified filament will be not use.

4.Tolerance roundness +/-0.05mm. each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg.

5. Before the mass production, our engineer always do the test to make sure that each batch of new raw materials must be printed by Markbot or Reprap 3D printer. 

6. we put all filament spool in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly.

7.In order to match the same products, we will attach the identification label to the packing box for each roll of filament, and the different ones also will be classified in different pallets.
